the grounds were beautiful. i saw plenty of lodges. the boathouse restaurant served delicious food.
the kitchenette lacked some amenities. there was no hand soap. there was no cutting knife available.

the scenery was gorgeous. the facilities met my basic needs and the staff were friendly.
i did not get a hot tub as promised. the kitchenette had minimal equipment. there was no hand soap or cooking oil, and no cutting knife was provided. towels were not provided either.

nice cabin good facilities
The cabin was quite nice with plenty of space for two people. Kitchen facilities were good (I especially liked the fridge).
The cabin wasn't the cleanest, but it was so cute.

beautiful views comfortable sofas nice touch
I found the location amazing, with beautiful views. the cabin included a woodburner and comfortable sofas. i also appreciated the heating being on when i arrived. It was a nice touch after a long journey.
the steep hill made walking to the site shop a bit difficult for me.

the site featured very clean shower facilities. a fire pit and barbecue plate are available for each cabin. a restaurant offers amazing views of loch tay, though the walk is 10 minutes.

The boathouse restaurant provided lovely dining options. It eased me into my first night. the restaurant is directly by the loch, close to the cabins. i found the food delicious there. I enjoyed my meal.

the cabin had everything i needed for my short stay! bed linen and pillows were provided. the cabin came with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. it felt more than the usual cabin.

Staff were friendly and eager to help me settle in. They were also super friendly. the reception staff were very helpful and understanding. That was important for me. i was pleased with their service.

fire pit great facilities camping pod broken blind sticky surface physical disability
The camping pod was a good deal. The site had great facilities. The grounds were overall well kept. I liked the fire pit too.
The door blind was broken. I used a tea towel for privacy. The kitchen surface was sticky, and the mattresses had holes. They did not cater well to people with a physical disability, in my opinion.

A fairly good stay overall
gluten free menu accommodating staff great location broken fridge no apology non-working wifi
i stayed in a camping pod pet friendly. the location was great. staff were accommodating and the menu catered to gluten free options.
i visited with my son and needed wifi. we were charged for wifi but it did not work. my son experienced more stress as a result. the fridge broke and ruined our food. we received no apologies.
